Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Coordinator

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department (ED). Role & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care while assuming a leadership role in unit operations.Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality patient care, optimize patient flow, staffing, and resource utilization.Support staff in applying the nursing process for patients with complex needs and monitor performance standards.Identify educational needs and work collaboratively with the Professional Practice Department.Address clinical and customer service needs, developing long-term solutions.Promote effective communication among team members and other departments.Coordinate staffing assignments on each shift to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.Perform related duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.3-5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
