Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Coordinator

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department, responsible for leading unit operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary teamwork.Monitor and evaluate staff performance based on care standards.Assist in applying the nursing process for patients with complex needs.Identify educational needs and collaborate with the Professional Practice Department.Address patient clinical and customer service needs, developing long-term solutions.Coordinate staffing assignments to optimize care quality and efficiency.Promote effective communication and collaboration among staff and departments.Perform related duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).3-5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
