Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Promote teamwork and communication
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for staff and students
- Participate in research and quality initiatives
- Adhere to organizational policies and standards
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid RN license (single-state and multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support certification (Instructor and Provisional certifications preferred)
