About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing patient-centered, safe, and high-quality care through the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and cultural competence. They collaborate effectively with team members, coordinate care, and support performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Promote teamwork and communication
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for staff and students
• Participate in research and quality initiatives
• Adhere to organizational policies and standards

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Valid RN license (single-state and multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support certification (Instructor and Provisional certifications preferred)
