About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and ensuring care is tailored to each patient.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage in professional development, serve as a mentor or preceptor, and promote evidence-based practice and research to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to resource planning, protocol development, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and Basic Life Support certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience required; prior direct patient care experience preferred.
