The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process with evidence-based practice, ensuring individualized care and cultural sensitivity.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and team members through effective communication and documentation.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote best practices.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, and contribute to developing protocols for optimal outcomes.
- Uphold professional standards, legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, including TJC patient safety goals.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (single or multi-state)
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of direct patient care experience
- Minimum of an associate or diploma in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, critical thinking, and technology skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond effectively to emergencies
