About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care, adhering to evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and evaluates outcomes.
- Partners with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive care and effective communication.
- Coordinates delivery of safe care, documents accurately, and promotes teamwork and performance improvement initiatives.
- Supports professional development through ongoing education, mentoring, and participation in research and quality projects.
- Develops protocols, optimizes resource use, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Participates in protocol development, performance improvement, and supports resource management to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), with multi-state or single-state license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
