About the role

The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire

Skills

• Preferred: prior hospital or specialty experience
• Preferred: BSN
• Preferred: additional licensure or certifications
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical movements
