About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics to provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Previous hospital experience preferred
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling
