Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology - Full-Time Night

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care on a Medsurg Oncology Unit, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process, coordinates care, partners with patients and families, and practices according to current standards and evidence-based practices. Demonstrates teamwork by documenting care, supporting performance improvement, serving as a preceptor, and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Engages in professional development, participates in research and quality initiatives, and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, RN licensure (single state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience is preferred. Must uphold nursing ethics and demonstrate critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Key Duties: Deliver individualized patient care, advocate for patients’ needs, participate in performance improvement activities, develop protocols, and support resource efficiency.
