Registered Nurse - Acute Care - MedSurg Oncology - Full-Time Night

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medsurg Oncology unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a 28-bed inpatient setting. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care, utilizing evidence-based practices, clinical standards, and cultural awareness. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process, coordinating care, partnering with patients and families, promoting safety and quality outcomes, participating in performance improvement, and supporting professional development and mentorship.Core duties: Ensuring safe clinical care, fostering teamwork and collaboration, implementing evidence-based practices, contributing to protocols and resource management, and maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), active RN licensure (state or multi-state), BLS certification, and less than one year of clinical experience or completion of nursing education with clinical hours.
