About the role
Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit, implementing and monitoring care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, and serving as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess patient needs.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a current multi‑state/Compact State license.
- BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
