About the Role
The RN provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN licensure
- Minimum 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
