Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based care to acutely ill patients in a step-down setting
• Utilize telemetry and specialized monitoring techniques
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Support safe transitions of care between settings
• Deliver high-quality nursing care, support patient education, and participate in continuous professional development within a dynamic healthcare environment

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in acute or telemetry care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
