About the role
Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit-ICCU, working full-time night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a healthcare team leader by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians, and developing individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death.
- Utilize scientific evidence and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey.
- Take responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and delivering care according to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to reapply for licensure if inactive or lapsed for five or more years, with completion of a Board-approved refresher course if necessary.
