Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit-ICCU, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities: Lead the healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to navigate patient health journeys, while ensuring care management aligns with policies and procedures. Maintain accountability for quality and safety in patient care, fostering a safe environment driven by the principle of ‘First Do No Harm’. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the appropriate state. Preferred: Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience. If licensure has been inactive for over five years, a Board-approved refresher course is required for reactivation.
