Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (ICCU), responsible for providing personalized patient care, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and ensuring optimal health outcomes or peaceful end-of-life support. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate patient care based on current policies, evidence-based practices, and compassionate communication.Establish authentic relationships with patients and support systems to promote recovery or comfort.Utilize scientific evidence and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Current RN licensure in the appropriate state; reactivation or reinstatement may require a refresher course if license has been inactive for five or more years.One year of relevant experience preferred.
