Registered Nurse, Post Surgical

About the role

Join our post-surgical department at NAMC! Our post-surgical department is a 32-bed unit with a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio that will care for post-surgical patients that are admitted for post-surgical needs that may occur within the first two days after surgery. Patients could range from a variety of surgeries that we offer.

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention
• Serve as a patient-care innovator
• Shape exceptional patient journeys every day
• Leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to impact patient wellbeing

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
• Active AL or Compact RN License
• Achieve ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire
