Schedule
- Full Time Nights, No Weekends
- 3 - 12 hour shifts per week, 7pm - 7am
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate unit staffing to ensure quality patient care and meet clinical objectives.
- Assign, educate, monitor nursing/support staff, and contribute to performance evaluations.
- Assess patient care needs, develop care assignments, and ensure appropriate care delivery.
- Evaluate patient outcomes, address care issues, and respond to complaints.
- Support hiring, training, and staff development activities.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Alabama.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required within 6 months.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
