Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological statuses
- Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input
- Coordinate and delegate care tasks
- Monitor patient responses and revise care plans accordingly
- Promote professionalism while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the practice state
- BLS certification
- BSN required for new hires or those with less than 12 months of experience
Skills
- Excellent patient care, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
- Accurate documentation of care
Physical Requirements
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively
- Perform manual tasks, lift, transfer, and assist with patient mobility
- Operate equipment
- May involve driving roles
Pay
