Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develops and implements patient care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administers therapeutic and diagnostic interventions such as IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of teaching methods used.
• Encourages patient engagement in healthcare through various techniques like motivational interviewing, self-management protocols, and teach-back methodology.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing [Preferred]
• Registered Nurse (RN) license [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification (BLS) [Required]

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical office experience [Preferred]

Schedule

Full-time, Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay

$28.81 - $46.09 per hour
