About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in outpatient dialysis settings, primarily at Eisenberg with floating responsibilities to satellite locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating nursing care and transitions of care
- Delivering direct patient care and education
- Supporting professional practice across various settings
- Leading activities such as precepting, quality improvement, and committee participation
- Delegating patient care based on skill level and resources
- Possibility of driving personal vehicle to support job duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one year RN experience, with dialysis experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Computer proficiency and adaptability to flexible hours
- Current RN license and BLS certification required
