Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Dialysis area, primarily based at Eisenberg but floating to satellite locations. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing careproviding direct patient careeducating patients and familiessupporting transitions of careleading quality improvement initiativesdelegating tasks based on skill, acuity, and resources The nurse will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model, demonstrating leadership, mentoring, and participation in committees or projects. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing programminimum of one year RN experience, preferably in dialysis , and valid RN licensure in applicable states. Additional skills required are excellent communication , teamwork , computer proficiency , and the ability to adapt to variable situations.
