Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

This role involves providing specialized nursing care in Outpatient Dialysis settings, primarily at Eisenberg, with responsibilities extending to satellite locations. The RN is accountable for coordinating patient care, including direct treatment, patient and family education, and care transitions.
