Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involving families and significant others.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement activities.
- Serve as a preceptor and mentor to promote professional growth and a healthy work environment.
- Support clinical research, uphold organizational policies, and participate in protocol development to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards, including safety goals and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Less than one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
