About the Role
Join a specialized Orthopedic Care Unit as a Registered Nurse, providing care for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and traumatic injuries in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient recovery from procedures such as hip and knee replacements, spine, shoulder surgeries, and trauma cases.
- Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Guide patients through recovery stages.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- Preferably at least one year of relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
