Registered Nurse - Orthopedic Care Unit

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Orthopedic Specialty Care Unit (OSCU).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients undergoing procedures such as hip and knee replacements, spine, shoulder surgeries, and orthopedic trauma.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including surgeons and therapists, to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Manage a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Guide patients through recovery.
• Foster meaningful relationships during their short stays.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• One year of relevant experience (preferred).
