Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Hours: Part-time, 20 hrs/week, Night shift (11pm-7am) Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions, developing and documenting care plans, and evaluating outcomes.Creating a safe, therapeutic environment by supervising staff and ensuring proper rounds and precautions.Facilitating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with relevant departments.Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and incorporate medical issues into treatment plans.Participating in team planning, professional development, and program evaluation.Supervising direct care, managing resources within budget, and mentoring staff and students.Engaging in ongoing training, serving as a resource, and promoting community awareness of mental health issues. Qualifications And Skills Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
