Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Hours: Part-time, 20 hrs/week, Night shift (11pm-7am) Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, develop and administer care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.Welcome patients, promote a safe environment, and supervise direct care staff.Coordinate with departments to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring thorough handoffs.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data, address psychosocial and environmental needs, and participate in interdisciplinary planning.Contribute to department goals, participate in quality improvement activities, and assist in staff orientation and evaluation.Attend training, serve as a resource for staff and students, and engage with community groups to promote mental health awareness.Supervise patient care as needed, manage within budget constraints, and ensure compliance with policies. Qualifications Nursing degree with current Illinois RN license.CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems management.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse teams.
