Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main, Naperville Type: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week, Night shift (11pm-7am) Responsibilities include: Assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising care staff.Collaborating with departments to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges.Engaging with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and contribute to treatment planning.Participating in departmental goal-setting, professional development, and program evaluation.Assisting in staff selection and orientation, serving as a role model, and participating in community education.Supervising direct patient care within budget constraints. Qualifications: Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.Preferred: one-year psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
