Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Type: Part Time, 20 hrs/week Hours: Night shift, 11pm-7am Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising staff.Facilitating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with departments.Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze data for comprehensive care planning.Participating in department goals, professional development, and program evaluation.Supervising direct care as needed, managing resources within budget, and serving as a role model for staff and students. Qualifications include: Nursing degree, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred qualifications are psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.
