Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain current competency and contribute to team development.
• Integrate ethical standards and evidence-based practices into care delivery.
• Promote safety and supervise staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Document thoroughly and timely; respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Support professional growth and adapt to varying clinical situations.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of current Labor and Delivery/Nursery Level II experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in Illinois.
• Effective communication skills; ability to guide and supervise staff.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required.
• Mastery of nursing skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
