Registered Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care aligned with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Performing nursing evaluations and assessments
• Developing and supervising individualized care plans
• Coordinating assignments with care partners and maintaining accountability for resident satisfaction

Requirements

• Current RN license
• CPR certification

Preferred experience in senior, skilled, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
