Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview

The registered nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring adherence to professional standards, patient rights, and confidentiality. They evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and maintain accountability for their responsibilities in line with organizational values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate care quality
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or compact licensure
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others based on department requirements
