Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse (Part-Time, Night Shift) Location: LOH Main - Naperville Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74/hour, with a minimum of $37.25 effective from the second paycheck. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.Provide a welcoming, safe, and therapeutic environment, ensuring timely rounds and precautions.Collaborate with departments for admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth communication.Gather and analyze patient data with patients, families, and healthcare providers to inform treatment and discharge planning.Contribute to department goals, participate in ongoing training, supervise direct care, and assist in staff orientation.Serve as a role model, promote professional growth, and participate in program evaluations. Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.Experience in psychiatric care and knowledge of abnormal psychology are preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within budget constraints. Certifications CPR issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross.CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
