Registered Nurse - NICU / Night Shift

Role Overview Provides patient care in the Neonatal ICU by utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating the care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and safeguards confidentiality. Responsibilities Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Assessing and evaluating patient needs Ensuring adherence to safety and confidentiality standards Maintaining current licensure and certifications Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited registered nursing programCurrent RN license per state or compact licensureBasic Life Support certification (or completed within 30 days of hire)Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and squat Key Attributes A compassionate, professional, and collaborative approach aligned with a mission of healing and innovative care.
