Registered Nurse - Neuro Trauma Recovery Spine

About the role

Join a specialized Neuro Trauma Recovery Spinal Cord Injury Unit focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Providing ventilator/trach care and SCI retraining, including bowel and bladder management
• Implementing wound prevention and care strategies
• Utilizing specialty treatments and technologies to promote functional regain
• Offering rehabilitation-specific education to patients and families
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including LPNs, PCNAs, therapists, social workers, and providers

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in Ohio
• Basic Life Support certification (or obtained within 90 days)
• For PRN roles, at least 1 year of relevant RN experience and required certifications

Preferred Skills

• BSN degree
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or recognized professional certification
