Registered Nurse - Medsurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) supporting Med Surg units as part of a high-impact, multi-campus care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
• Build meaningful patient and family relationships, respecting their values and care goals.
• Promote teamwork, contribute to performance improvement, and participate in research and shared governance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, mentoring, and competency assessments.
• Apply evidence-based practices, participate in care decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate care across the patient journey, optimizing resource use and minimizing readmissions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
