Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.

- Mentor and support ongoing professional development of colleagues.
- Lead evidence-based practices and participate in research and patient safety initiatives.
- Plan care proactively, optimize resources, and help develop protocols to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience.
- Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and time management.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing fast-paced clinical situations.
