Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking experienced Med Surg Registered Nurses to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to enhancing patient health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, providing personalized, evidence-based care while building meaningful connections with patients and families
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance, fostering a respectful, safe environment
• Stay current through ongoing education, mentorship, and applying evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
• Manage resources, care planning, and protocol development to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least two years of recent Med Surg experience
