This role is for an experienced Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team.
Responsibilities
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
- Provide personalized, evidence-based care
- Build meaningful patient and family connections
- Create a respectful teamwork environment and contribute to staff engagement
- Participate in performance improvement projects
- Engage in ongoing professional development, mentoring, and guiding peers
- Apply research and evidence-based practice in care decisions
- Support safety initiatives
- Focus on proactive care planning and protocol development
- Ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
