About the role
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join a dynamic, multi-campus care team supporting diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care
- Build meaningful patient and family connections
- Foster a safe and collaborative environment
- Contribute to performance improvement and research initiatives
- Mentor fellow nurses
- Apply best practices in patient care
- Participate in patient care planning
- Optimize resource use
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license (single or multi-state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
Skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech tools
- Experience with computer data entry, Epic, and 3M systems (preferred)
- Calmness under pressure
- Strong critical thinking and time management
