Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Multiple Shifts

Role Overview Provide direct nursing care within established policies and protocols, serving as a primary coordinator for patient care. Implement and monitor care plans, assess patient conditions, communicate observations, and execute physician and nursing orders. Coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members. Qualifications & Skills Current or eligible RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing. BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at hire. Key Duties Monitor patient conditions, record findings, and communicate effectively. Ensure well-coordinated, multidisciplinary care and proper discharge planning.
