About the Role
This role involves providing direct nursing care on a 32-bed acute care medical-surgical unit, with opportunities to work full or part-time day or night shifts. Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Communicate patient conditions
- Carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assist with discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions
Requirements
- Active RN licensure or eligibility in Alabama
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with required licensure
