Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective patient care according to policies and protocols
- Implementing and monitoring care plans
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Serving as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines
- Carrying out physician and nursing directives
- Coordinating multidisciplinary care
- Collaborating with team members on discharge planning
Requirements
- Active or eligible RN license in Alabama
- BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
