Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Multiple Shifts

About the Role

This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions
• Document and communicate findings
• Execute physician and nursing orders
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and active professional licensure at the time of hire
