Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess and plan for patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Alabama.BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross obtained within 1 month of hire.Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
