Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans. Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and plan for patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Alabama.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
