Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and collects health data from patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Captures individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Provides personalized patient and family education based on comprehensive assessments.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.
• Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
