Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Cookp and implement patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Tailor patient and family education to meet individual learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Current nursing license in Illinois.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
