Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Pulmonary Unit, working night shifts with a focus on patient care and safety. Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate and implement individualized care plans ensuring safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with patients, families, and team members.Provide personalized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
