Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Medical Pulmonary Unit - Nights Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.Provide individualized patient and family education tailored to their specific needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice and care quality.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
